
Yve is an educator, business leader, and published author with a career spanning education, strategic leadership development, advocacy, project management, and community wellbeing. Born and raised in the twin-island federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, her work is grounded in lived experience and a deep commitment to equity, identity, and collective advancement.
She began her career in education and later founded a seasonal academy supporting pre-KG learners and children with special educational needs, demonstrating early leadership in inclusive programme design and delivery. She went on to serve as Public Relations Officer for the national teachers’ union, operating at the intersection of policy, public engagement, and stakeholder management.
Yve brings extensive experience having worked as a learning development advisor, management development specialist and currently as a talent development business partner, diagnosing and advising organisations on leadership capability, workforce development, and sustainable high performance then designing and implementing transformative interventions. A trained Mental Health First Aider serving across the UK and the Caribbean, she applies a trauma-aware, systems-informed approach to leadership, safeguarding, and community impact.
As Founder and Executive Director, Yve provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and programme leadership, ensuring the organisation’s work remains culturally grounded, outcomes-driven, and financially responsible. She is a lifelong student of Black culture and heritage, integrating education, culture, and storytelling to drive empowerment, identity reclamation, and long-term community transformation.
Alongside her executive leadership, Yve is a wife, and a devoted mother to two daughters, a role that continues to shape her vision for future-focused, intergenerational impact.

Shawnavon was born in Jamaica, he migrated to the United Kingdom at the aged and 10 years old, throughout his early life in the UK he studied Information Technology in College and went on to study Computer Science in University.
Shawnavon is a highly qualified Software development team lead he is also PSM 1 Certified Scrum Master and Technical Advisor with a proven track record in Azure infrastructure and React development. Beyond technical governance, He is a passionate advocate for industry mentorship; He finds immense value in sharing my professional journey with the youth to inspire their entry into the software world. He combines high-level operational oversight with a dedication to social impact, believing that a leader’s greatest legacy is the knowledge they pass on to the next generation.

Richard was born and raised in Accra, Ghana, where his early grounding in African culture and heritage continues to shape his worldview and contributions. His academic background is in Information Technology, providing him with a strong analytical foundation that has supported a diverse and accomplished professional journey.
Richard enjoyed a successful career in the finance sector, progressing into a senior managerial role where he demonstrated strategic leadership, operational insight, and people-centred management. Almost a decade ago, he migrated to the United Kingdom to pursue his life’s dream, bringing with him both professional excellence and a deep commitment to personal growth.
Since relocating to the UK, Richard has worked across a range of industries, including construction project management and mental health, further broadening his understanding of systems, wellbeing, and community needs. He is currently an entrepreneur, applying his experience, creativity, and love for customer service to purpose-driven work.
Richard brings a rich blend of cultural insight, professional expertise, and lived experience to the organisation. As the African Culture and Heritage Advisor, he has been a critical part of the organisation’s inception and continues to play a vital role in shaping its vision, authenticity, and impact.

Kaii Thompson is a Florida-based writer, marketing student, and contributing journalist with the Florida Atlantic University Press, where she works across editorial storytelling, advertising, and business operations.
Her work centres on amplifying youth voices and capturing contemporary culture through thoughtful, accessible journalism.
As Youth Advisor, Kaii provides strategic insight into youth engagement, programme design, and communications, ensuring initiatives are relevant, inclusive, and responsive to the lived realities of Gen Z and projected insights for Gen Alpha. She brings a grounded Black professional youth perspective shaped by creativity, cultural awareness, and lived experience.

Brother Sylvester was born in St Kitts and Nevis and brings a lifetime of wisdom, leadership, and principled advocacy to his role as Senior Advisor. Recently widowed after 46 years of marriage to Marilyn his soulmate, he is deeply grounded in family, service, and community.
A former educator by profession, Sylvester enjoyed a distinguished career within the education sector, holding numerous senior roles in the Education Department. His work included serving as a careers adviser and policy officer, with responsibility for key issues affecting education.
Beyond education, he is a Christian, an experienced business director and a committed Pan-Africanist. A student of Black Liberation Theology, Sylvester is a passionate advocate for Black unity in Africa and across the global African diaspora. Brother Sylvester’s philantrophy work spans across East and West Africa where he financially supports small businesses and across the Caribbean where he set up The Backyard Front yard garden project in St. Kitts.
His insight, integrity, and unwavering commitment to liberation, education, and collective progress make him a valued elder and strategic voice within the organisation.
